We will get back to you as soon as we can.  If the matter requires immediate attention, please call us as e-mails are not always checked daily and e-mail is not secure. Your e-mail will be responded to by our office manager. While simple questions are complimentary, more complicated questions will be assessed a fee. (see policy below)

E-mail/Communication Policy: We find e-mail communication more time consuming, less clear than a short conversation with us. Communications to our office with 1-2 simple and clear questions relating to your current medical plan – including medication and treatment plans can be answered quickly at no charge.

Communications requiring additional consideration will be referred for a 15-minute phone conversation with a practitioner, billed at their usual rate. This enables us to enhance the quality of your medical care, and allows us to devote the necessary amount of time to your requests. Simple questions by phone, as with e-mail, will be answered, but communications requiring additional consideration will be assessed a fee.
